1. Who is AngelCare for?

A: It's for anyone caring for an elderly person with chronic illness — family caregivers, domestic helpers, and other relatives who need to monitor a patient's condition.

2. Who is AngelCare designed to care for?

A: People with moderate to severe disability, long-term bedridden patients, and anyone who needs assistance with daily living.

3. Does AngelCare cost money? How do you make money?

A: Downloading AngelCare is free, and all basic features and records are free too. Our revenue comes from optional services — the online store, in-home medical services and TeleCare remote medical care — none of which are required. We'll also be rolling out more value-added services, so stay tuned.

4. What features does AngelCare offer?

A: Care task management, vital sign recording, team collaboration, an online store, supplies inventory tracking, a resource library, instant online customer service, and booking in-home or video consultations with doctors.

5. Is my personal data kept confidential?

A: Your personal data is kept confidential and is never transferred or disclosed to any third party. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision, including suspending, changing or terminating the service and its terms without prior notice.

6. Can my domestic helper use AngelCare without knowing Chinese?

A: Yes! Besides Traditional Chinese, AngelCare supports Simplified Chinese, English, Indonesian and Filipino, making it easy for domestic helpers to use.

7. What's the difference between paper records and AngelCare app records?

A: Paper records are limited in space, handwriting may be unclear, and data can't be exported or easily shared with family and medical staff. App records are neatly organised, easy to read and manage, avoiding the chaos of paper. You can export data as Excel or PDF for analysis or to share with doctors and other professionals.
